Paul offered options that were not offered by other companies which overall made an elegant finish to the framing of the shutters and windows. Paul communicated clearly on delivery and schedule.
On the day of the fitting he and came on time with his helper (sorry I forgot the lovely lady’s name). They built and fitted the shutter within the day and left the property clean as when then came. After a thoughtful consultation where they took the time to understand my needs and suggest the most suitable solutions, Prime Home Shutters installed a shutter, a roller blind, and an enclosed roller blind in my home. The quality of the products is excellent, and the communication from both owners throughout the process was outstanding—friendly, clear, and responsive.
When a minor issue arose with one of the blinds, it was addressed quickly and professionally. They not only resolved it without hesitation but also provided an alternative that was even better suited to the space.
The installation was carried out with great care. The team worked cleanly and efficiently, removing all packaging and leaving the space spotless. They also provided spare shutter blades in each size and a small pot of touch-up paint—an extra touch that shows attention to detail and customer care.

Once fitting day arrived, Paul and his partner were on time taking extra care within our home whilst they carried out work. They were second to none, very professional and took away all packaging. We are very pleased with the result they have helped us achieve. I would most definitely use them again if I had more windows!!😎
Both very professional and they know exactly what they do and what customer needs, even when I could not think about something, they were giving brilliant ideas.
Upon installation they worked really hard, even break they did not have, and I think this might be because they don’t like the customer feels uncomfortable with them inside the house.
On completion, they agreed for me to contact them in case if something will go wrong with the shutters. Definitely I would recommend them and definitely 5 stars service.
